2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

450g lean minced beef

5 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon water

1 onion, halved & sliced

150g mushrooms, sliced

Freshly ground black pepper

150g Green Isle Green Beans

Basil, handful of fresh leaves shredded

Green Isle Cauliflower Rice


  1. Lightly rub the garlic over the salmon fillets. 
  2. Drizzle the honey over the fish and season with pepper and salt.
  3. Cook under the grill for 10 minutes (until the salmon is cooked through).
  4. Serve with Green Isle Country Mix and Cauliflower Rice.
