Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 2 tbsp tableblespoons honey
- Freshly ground pepper and sea salt
- 320g Green Isle country mix
- 2 packs Green Isle Cauliflower rice
- 4 Donegal catch Salmon fillets
Method:
- Lightly rub the garlic over the salmon fillets
- Drizzle the honey over the fish and season with pepper and salt.
- If cooking from frozen, Pre-heat oven. Wrap fillets loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Open foil for last 5 minutes of cooking. 200°C Fan 190°C Gas 6 25-30 mins.
- Place the required amount of Green Isle Country Mix into boiling water. Cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Cook the Cauliflower Rice according to pack instructions.
- Serve all ingredients with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and enjoy!
