Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

300 grams Green Isle Mixed Frozen Berries
100 ml coconut milk (use any plant-based milk you like), plus more if necessary
25 grams porridge oats
2 tablespoons maple syrup, optional
For the toppings:
Coconut yogurt, fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds linseeds
Method:
- Place the Green Isle Frozen Mixed Berries into a high speed blender and add the coconut milk, porridge oats and maple syrup, if using. Blend until completely smooth – you may need to add a little more coconut milk to the mixture if it is still too thick after blending.
- Divide the mixture between 2 bowls and top with your desired toppings.
