Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

Looking for a sweet treat that also counts as one of your five a day? Then why not try our Mixed Berry smoothie bowl recipe, made with Green Isle Mixed Frozen Berries. This works perfect for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.

300 grams Green Isle Mixed Frozen Berries

100 ml coconut milk (use any plant-based milk you like), plus more if necessary

25 grams porridge oats

2 tablespoons maple syrup, optional

For the toppings:

Coconut yogurt, fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, chia seeds linseeds


  1. Place the Green Isle Frozen Mixed Berries into a high speed blender and add the coconut milk, porridge oats and maple syrup, if using. Blend until completely smooth – you may need to add a little more coconut milk to the mixture if it is still too thick after blending.
  2. Divide the mixture between 2 bowls and top with your desired toppings.
