Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Place 160g of Green Isle Brussels Sprouts into a microwaveable container with lid. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Heat 1-2 minutes, stir, then neat for l another 1-2 minutes at 800w. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Boil

Instructions: Place the required r amount of Green Isle Brussels Sprouts into boiling water cover, bring back to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
