Green Isle Ready Roasted Vegetables with lightly seasoned potato, perfect in the air fryer. This convenient, ready roasted vegetable dish with lightly seasoned potato will take all the stress out of mid-week meals. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place 200g of vegetables in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, shake occasionally to ensure an even cook.
Oven cook
Pre-heat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Spread the vegetables on a baking tray and cook for 14-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the vegetables halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry
Add a tablespoon of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Add the required amount of product and stir fry on a medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
