Delicious Lightly Spiced and Gluten Free Potato Wedges. Delicious lightly spiced and gluten free potato wedges made from carefully selected potatoes & prepared in sunflower oil. Perfect for family meals, snacking and party food occasions, enjoy with your favourite dip. Potato perfection everytime!

 

These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking. For best results cook from frozen. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.

Oven:

Place the Green Isle wedges on a baking tray into a pre-heated oven, turning once during cooking.

Fan assisted oven:

Bake for 18-21 minutes in a pre-heated oven 200°C/Gas Mark7 until crisp and golden.

Conventional oven:

Bake for 18-21 minutes in a pre-heated oven 220°C/Gas Mark7 until crisp and golden.

Deep Fry:

Pre-heat a deep fryer only one third full or oil to 175°C. Gently lower a small quantity of Green Isle wedges into the oil and fry for 3-5 minutes. Drain well
before serving.

Suitable for air fryer.
