Cauliflower Rice
Green Isle Cauliflower Rice, a great low calorie alternative to white rice, prepared and ready to use from frozen. Green Isle Cauliflower Rice is naturally gluten free and a source of Vitamin C.
Each 160g bag contains only 3g of carbs, 86% fewer calories than boiled white rice and cooks perfectly in 3 mins. Serve instead of rice, potato or pasta for healthy mealtimes across the week.
Microwave*: 1. Place a 160g Green Isle Cauliflower Rice bag, unopened, printed side up in microwave. (Do not pierce steambag)
2. Adjust cooking time according to the power rating of your microwave oven and the serving quantity. During cooking the steam bag will slowly inflate as steam builds up in bag. A special vent in the packaging allows the steam to escape slowly during cooking.
1 bag: 650W 3 1/2 mins; 750W 3 1/2 mins; 850W 3 mins
3. Stand for 1 minute. Remove bag from microwave, drain, season and serve.
Stir Fry: Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a non-stick hot wok or frying pan. Empty contents of 1 x 160g bag of Green Isle Cauliflower Rice into wok and stir fry on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
